But, to activate the plan, I am asked to pay another $40! Remember, I'm not asked to pay pro rated basis, I am asked to make a new payment.

Does it sound ethical?

@canadaposthelps parcels are not delivered to home. Only a note is left. When I log a complaint, I am told that Canada post has a policy 'not' to attempt re-delivery!

@canadaposthelps Exactly. We were home. We didn't receive the parcel. We only received a note. When I called in to complain, I was told that the delivery man would be given a warning, but delivery won't be made!
