My main concern is that the train can be late sometimes it happens no worries, but at least give the platform num on time to reduce passenger harassment.
The enquiry window said I have to see the board for the platform number he will only provide train time.

@drmmalda the drinking water provided at station (Malda Town) is dirty and mudy not possible to drink .
But the passengers who can't afford package drinking water drink this mudy water they have no choice. Please look into this matter and provide solutions please.

This matter doesn't require may PNR or train number. Malda station has drinking water centre. The water centre has mudy and dirty water. And people who can't afford package drinking water they're drinking that water.
