With sugar prices rising and the search for alternatives growing, this often-wasted fruit could offer a new solution.

ICAR scientist Dr Jyoti Nishad has turned cashew apples into liquid jaggery, giving this overlooked farm byproduct a second life as a potential sweetener.

Rich in minerals, soluble fibre and antioxidants, the sweetener also has a unique sugar profile that makes it suitable for bakery and confectionery products.

The technology has been patented, and the sweetener can last for over a year, opening doors to B2B and premium retail markets.

What was once agricultural waste could now become a new source of income for India’s cashew farmers.

Because sometimes, the next sustainable alternative isn't something new. It's something we've been throwing away.

🚨 Owaisi attacks Allahabad High Court over hijab ruling

📌 AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi called the ruling against hijab over school uniforms an attack on Islam and questioned the judges’ authority to decide what is essential to his religion.

🔸 Such remarks amount to contempt of the High Court and warrant action; otherwise attacks on judicial verdicts could become dangerous for democracy.

🔸 Court verdicts favouring Muslims are accepted, but adverse ones are not tolerated. Pakistan was created for such people in 1947; the has come time come to tell them to go there.

🔸 Those who demand Constitutional rights refuse to accept the judiciary created by that Constitution, invoking it only when convenient while placing religion above it.

🔸 Owaisi’s comparison with Sabarimala ignores the entirely different merits and religious contexts of the two cases.

🔸 He also conveniently ignores the High Court’s finding that Islam’s foundational texts do not make hijab an essential religious practice.

🚨 China Under Fire Over #Nepal Flood

Chinese media reportedly said a sudden flood hit Tibet’s Kerung County around 10:30 AM local time; more than two hours before floodwaters reached Nepal.

Yet, Nepal was reportedly not given an immediate warning.

Residents in Timure had little time to evacuate, with several swept away by the powerful waters.

This is the second consecutive year China has faced accusations of failing to alert Nepal about floods originating in Tibet.

Last year, a glacial lake outburst was identified as the cause. This year, the flood again originated in the Kerung region, though its exact cause remains unclear.

At least 22 Hindu young women, including 11 minors, have fallen victim to Love Jihad in Nashik.

🔴 Key points:
• Advocate Milind Kurkute says Hindu women in corporate workplaces were approached through sweet talk and grooming.

• One victim was just 14; allegations include rape and ₹9 lakh extortion.

• A 24-year-old woman was coerced and blackmailed using intimate photos/videos.

• A 16-year-old girl was physically abused by a Muslim youth who entered her home.

• Victims connected with accused through Instagram/social media.

For the Maharashtra of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, such incidents are deeply shameful.

This is not something society can afford to dismiss or ignore. This is the direct result of ignorance among Hindu girls, lack of Dharma Shikshan, and the grave mistake of dismissing 'Love Jihad' as a myth!

Hindus, wake up; otherwise, if India becomes an Islamic nation in a few decades, remember the blame will rest on you!

Until the strongest possible punishment including death penalty is prescribed for Love Jihad, such crimes will continue to threaten vulnerable girls.

Importantly, the Court has further directed that if any re-upload of the same video is found on YouTube by any other user, the petitioner may forward the URLs/links to Google. Upon receipt, Google shall examine the same in light of the GAC order and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
