watching a 20+ hr programming course in 2026 helps but is unhealthy.
you’ll forget most of it.
it’s like learning rocket science before building a chair,
learn 5-10 hrs, pick a project you can’t build, let ai assist,
that way you’ll actually remember concepts cus you need them.
