8 Jun - call rcvd from LG office, saying unable to rectify the prob with the fridge, we will give you a replacement considering the depreciated value of the fridge.
Bunch of incompetent tech., why should I suffer for your incapability.

~18 May - tech says everything okay with the fridge, just shift the location for proper ventilation

~28 May - tech say gas leakage

~5 Jun - tech says compressor problem
Everybody just came and went back no one resolved thw problem

@LGIndia starting from telecall customer support to service centre support to higher management , everyone just makes false promises that the problem will be resolved within just 24 hrs or 48 hrs but it’s now 15+ days . No one has even called me once to ask about the issue.

@LGIndia @jagograhakjago this is formally lodge a complaint against @LGIndia , it’s been 9 days since I have requested for service of faulty refrigerator, I have paid hefty amount for the AMC but now @LGIndia is not responding to my complaints.

@LGIndia Follow up of above, the issue is still unattended. Pathetic service from @LGIndia . It’s been 8 days and no resolution to the issue, no one has turned up to check the refrigerator.
