@Clear, two things: 1) very disappointed that the CLEAR lane at IAH Terminal C is slower than the regular PreCheck lane, and when regular PreCheck agents are available, CLEAR clients are not allowed to go to those agents but instead instructed to wait for the ONE CLEAR agent!!!!
