A Muslim country is warning Europe about Islamism.
Not Christian conservatives. Not the "far right". Not anyone you can wave away as an Islamophobe.
The United Arab Emirates.

The UAE has spent years taking a hard line against political Islam and the Muslim Brotherhood, which the country classifies as a terrorist organisation.

And in June 2026, the UAE's ambassador to the EU, Mohammed Ismail Al Sahlawi, sat in the European Parliament at a conference with this title:
"Muslim Brotherhood: a real threat to Europe."
Hard to misread.

The warning was about the Brotherhood's methods. Infiltrating European societies and institutions, influencing political decisions, spreading extremist ideology.

Read that again.
A Muslim country is warning Europe about political Islam. And here is what matters most! Islamism is not only the man with a rifle or a suicide vest.

That is the outermost, violent expression of it.
Islamism can also work slowly. And politically.
Through organisations, universities, religious institutions, activism, lobbying, political and institutional influence.

That is exactly why it is so dangerous to look only for the man with the bomb belt. Because Islamism can arrive in a suit. It can hold a university degree. It can run an organisation. It can sit close to political decision makers.

And it can learn to speak the West's own language about tolerance, rights and diversity, while working for values that collide with liberal democracy.

And no. This is not just something the UAE claims.
Britain's own government has investigated the Muslim Brotherhood.

The British review found that Brotherhood-associated and Brotherhood-influenced groups in the UK had, at various points, held significant influence over the largest Muslim student organisation, national Muslim organisations in dialogue with the government, charities and some mosques.

The same review concluded that parts of the Brotherhood's ideology and activities run counter to democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, equality, and mutual respect and tolerance between faiths.
So this is not only about terror.
It is about ideology.

And now comes the part that should stop every European in their tracks.

The UAE has become so concerned about Islamist radicalisation at British universities that British universities have been removed from the list of institutions where Emirati students can receive state scholarships.

Young Emiratis are still free to study in Britain. With their own money. The UAE simply will not pay for it anymore.

A person with direct knowledge of the discussions put it plainly to the Financial Times: "They don't want their kids to be radicalised on campus."

Sit with that for a second.
A Muslim, Arab country is worried about sending its Muslim young people to Britain, because it fears they will be radicalised there.

If that does not trigger some soul-searching in Europe, I don't know what will.

Because the UAE's point is precisely this. You make a fatal mistake if you only start caring about Islamism once someone picks up a weapon.

The ideological process may have started years earlier.
The UAE's foreign minister, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has said:

"Daesh, Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups have fed off a wider current of extremist ideas."

He pointed specifically at political Islamist groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood, which in his view have spent decades spreading those narratives.
He called them "backward-looking". And said they "reject open, pluralistic societies." This is a Muslim foreign minister saying it.

And there is something else I want to make very clear!
THE UAE IS NOT THE WEST.

It is not Europe. It is not a Western liberal democracy.
It is a Muslim, Arab country with a different culture, a different form of government and different traditions. And there are aspects of the UAE's political system and human rights record that we would never accept in a Western democracy.

This is not to be romanticised.
But the UAE has fought political Islamism for decades, an ideology its leadership believes has undermined and destabilised the Middle East. And which they now openly warn is seeking influence in Europe and the rest of the Western world.

Their foreign minister has spoken about the need to show that you can be "modern, Arab and Muslim."
That distinction is one Europe desperately needs to understand.

You can be a Muslim and still reject political Islam, extremism, antisemitism and religious intolerance.
And notice one more thing.

THE VIEW OF WOMEN IS PART OF THAT FIGHT.
Abdullah bin Zayed has directly criticised Islamist ideologies for their "denigration of women's role in society."

The UAE has not just talked about it. The country has made women's education, economic participation and leadership official state policy.

Women are to be educated. They are to work.
They are to be able to start businesses. They are to take part economically and politically. And they are to sit at the table where decisions are made.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ruler of Dubai and the UAE's vice president and prime minister, established the UAE Gender Balance Council with the stated aim of reducing the gender gap and strengthening women's participation in leadership and decision making.

And the UAE's president, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, MBZ, leads a Muslim country that has made religious coexistence part of its national story.
In Abu Dhabi, a mosque, a church and a synagogue stand side by side in the Abrahamic Family House.
Think about that contrast.

A Muslim country is saying: Keep Islam. Fight Islamism.
Let women study, work and lead. Let Christians be Christians. Let Jews be Jews. And fight the political and religious movements that want to replace pluralism with their own ideology.

And yes. That includes the people who support, legitimise and clear the path for those movements while believing they are defending tolerance and diversity. Including when they end up working against the very Western values, freedom, equality, democracy and religious liberty, that gave them the opportunity to do so in the first place.

History has an old term for people who end up serving an ideology whose actual goals they do not share:
"Useful idiots." They do not have to be Islamists themselves. That is the whole point. They only have to be useful to those who are.

And this is what Europe has to learn to separate:
Islam is a religion. Islamism is a political ideology. And Islamist extremism is not "diversity".

You can defend Muslims' full right to believe and practise their faith, and at the same time say a resounding NO to movements that want to use religion for political power, parallel societies, extremism, or the gradual erosion of the society that gave them the freedom to be here.

Tolerance does not mean tolerating intolerance until it has grown strong enough to turn on you.
When a Muslim country pulls its state scholarships away from British universities out of fear of Islamist radicalisation, while parts of Europe are still afraid to even name the problem, the question is no longer whether there is a problem.

The question is who understood the seriousness of it.
And right now, it isn't us!

Where should Europeans flee to when their countries have been destroyed?

The national conservative government in Hungary has been under pressure from the EU for years because they oppose large-scale non-European immigration.

The Hungarians point out that the EU’s immigration policies create insecurity and instability in many European countries. By admitting large numbers of illegal immigrants each year, the EU also encourages continued large non-European immigration to Europe.

Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó stated on February 13, 2024, that a radical change of EU immigration policy is necessary to protect Europeans and their safety. Brussels’ open migration policy creates a real danger of “Europeans losing Europe,” he claimed.

Unfortunately, this is not an exaggeration. If current trends continue, Europe may effectively cease to be the homeland of Europeans.

The migrations now are the largest and fastest in all of human history. In scope, they far surpass the so-called Migration Period which we associate with the fall of the Western Roman Empire.

In Late Antiquity and the Early Middle Ages, they were also largely dealing with migration within Europe. Now, foreign peoples from other continents are flooding into Europe.

According to a survey from 2023, one in five Swedes felt that their area has become less safe. At the same time, a narrow majority (51 %) of Swedes stated that they have personally considered moving to another place because of rising insecurity.

Millions of Swedes no longer feel comfortable in their own neighbourhood. That half of the Swedish population has seriously considered moving from their current home due to fear of crime and violence would have been totally unthinkable 50 years earlier. At that time, Sweden was still a safe and relatively ethnically homogeneous country.

Now, Sweden has become a Multicultural country with mass immigration and massive rates of violent crime among imported clan cultures. The big question is: Where should citizens move to avoid these problems?

Insecurity and violence are often particularly widespread in big cities. However, violent crime is currently spreading to smaller towns and even rural municipalities. It is thus becoming increasingly difficult to find places in Sweden where one can escape crime and insecurity. This same trend now applies to many Western countries.

Let's illustrate this problem with some examples from France. In the summer of 2023, French society was once again rocked by huge riots. Arab and African immigrants were particularly active participants in cases of vandalism.

Pierre Brochand, former head of French intelligence (DGSE), has repeatedly warned publicly that non-European mass immigration is destabilizing French society. Immigration could lead to the collapse of a stable society and perhaps plunge France into internal war, he fears.

According to Pierre Brochand, somewhere between 100,000 and 200,000 people may have participated in the very extensive violence in French cities in June and July 2023. Nothing similar has happened since the French Revolution in 1789, he claimed.

There were also riots among immigrants in France in 2005, but then these occurred primarily in certain suburbs of large cities. In 2023, even small French provincial towns were hit by riots.

The reason for this is, of course, that large-scale immigration over the course of a generation has displaced the country’s native population in more and more municipalities. And the population replacement continues.

The same phenomenon is occurring across large parts of Europe, from Greece to Ireland. In a disturbingly large number of cases, the native population is also subjected to incitement, harassment, abuse, violence, rape, or outright terrorism and murder.

On November 19, 2023, in Crépol, France, 16-year-old Thomas Perotto was stabbed to death at a village party by a gang who, according to eyewitnesses, shouted anti-white slogans. Crépol has a few hundred inhabitants.

Even in small French villages, one may now be exposed to ethnically based aggression and deadly violence.

The native population of an entire continent is currently being gradually displaced from their historic homelands, losing their security, their cultural heritage and sometimes their lives in the process.

One might perhaps expect international organizations such as the United Nations (UN) to protest this development. However, the UN doesn’t voice any objections to displacing the natives when the native population is European and has white skin.

Europeans who pin their hopes on the European Union (EU) defending their interests are usually left disappointed. The ruling elites in the EU allow mass immigration to continue, no matter how much pain and suffering this causes native Europeans.

Meanwhile, the EU wants to introduce stricter censorship on social media such as Twitter for people who criticize immigration.

Egyptian, Nigerian, or Pakistani migrants who dislike Europe still have intact ethnic homelands to which they can return at any point in time.

If current trends continue, it is only a matter of time before ethnic Frenchmen are a minority in France, the English are a minority in England, the Germans are a minority in Germany and the Italians are a minority in Italy. Each nationality will then no longer have a homeland.

Do Europeans have an obligation to give away ancestral lands to foreign peoples from other continents who are infiltrating Europe and are often actively hostile?

Where should the Europeans flee when their countries have been destroyed? Will Europeans become globally homeless?

All Europeans must now seriously ask themselves these questions. If they do not, it is uncertain whether European civilization in recognizable form will survive this century.

An iron law of human history is that if you don’t effectively defend your territory, you will eventually lose it to more aggressive and assertive ethnic groups.

Europeans must stop retreating and start actively defending their homelands. They must do this, if for no other reason than because they are rapidly running out of places to flee to.

Diskussionerna omkring dessa koranbränningar är tidvis skrattretande och visar verkligen hur okunniga stora delar av landets politiker och opinionsbildare är.

1. Först och främst är det verkligen lustigt att det finns människor i Sverige som tror att människor kan demonstrera fritt i länder som Pakistan, Iran, Irak och Turkiet för att de är upprörda. Är det verkligen så? Kan man demonstrera fritt i dessa länder om man är upprörd? Självklart inte. Demonstrationerna är arrangerade av islamister och har godkänts av myndigheterna i dessa länder. Dessa är inte länder där säkerhetsapparaten bara låter människor demonstrera för att de är upprörda.

2. Kina bedriver ett systematiskt förtryck av muslimer i Xinjiang. Detta har pågått länge. Hur många demonstrationer mot detta förtryck har ni sett i muslimska länder? Inga. För det är regimerna i de muslimska länderna som bestämmer vilka som får demonstrera och vilka ambassader som får stormas.

3. Vi har politiker och opinionsbildare som säger att svensk lagstiftning ska ändras för att förhindra koranbränning. Varför? För att några obildade män i klänningar i dessa muslimska länder är upprörda? Är det dessa barbarer som ska påverka vår lagstiftning i Sverige? Upprörda islamister i muslimska länder ska inte påverka svensk lagstiftning. All offentlig makt i Sverige utgår från svenska folket.

4. Hur kommer det sig att yttrandefriheten har fungerat bra ända fram tills Sverige fick en omfattande muslimsk invandring från samma länder som nu kritiserar Sveriges yttrandefrihet? Det är inte yttrandefriheten som är problemet. Det är den muslimska invandringen som är problemet. Tycker du inte om yttrandefriheten, åk hem. Svårare än så är det inte. Det är muslimen som ska anpassa sig, inte svensken.

5. Islamisterna som nu kritiserar koranbränning är inte emot själva koranbränningen. De hatar ett fritt och demokratiskt samhälle där koranbränning är möjligt. Det här handlar om värderingar. Antingen står vi upp för våra egna värderingar eller så anammar vi deras värderingar där friheten begränsas för att islam ska ”respekteras”.

6. Många muslimska länder har sedan länge bojkottat Israel för att Israel är en judisk stat. Israelerna har inte gett upp sin judiska identitet för att blidka dessa muslimska länder. Inte heller Sverige ska ge upp sina värderingar för att dessa muslimska länder hotar med det ena och det andra. Om Sverige backar och ändrar sin lagstiftning och underordnar sig islam har vi övergett våra värderingar. Det är så det är. Om islam segrar har vi förlorat. Det är inte ”dialog” om Sverige tvingas anpassa sin lagstiftning och värderingar till islam. Det är underordning.

Till sist en uppmaning till politiker och opinionsbildare. Skaffa lite ryggrad. Försvara de värderingar som resulterat i att du blivit folkvald och kunnat uttrycka dig fritt. Underordna er inte islam. Korrupta diktaturer ska inte säga ett ord om hur vår lagstiftning ska se ut.
