@DeliverooHelp@McDonaldsUK@Deliveroo I have spent the last one hour with your customer service chat and they aren’t being helpful. They say not mentioning an ingredient is not an “issue” that owes a refund.
@McDonaldsUK Your Hot crispy listed on @Deliveroo does not mention Bacon as an ingredient. I raised this with Deliveroo and requested a refund and they are shamelessly refusing to do so.
Care to respond and assist?
@CommunityFibre hello there! we have no internet since morning and been trying to submit a ticket and customer service for 3 hours now. Nothing works? care to respond?
@InesEis can you please have a look and respond why DW is intentionally skipping information to spread lies? is this part of the DW strategic vision to spread inaccurate information? @KlugTetyana
@dwnews at what it does best, instigating hatred with its fake news . DW very well knows that it is a proven fact by archaeologists that the site belonged to a Hindu temple which was demolished to build a mosque but conveniently skips this information. Shame on such journalism

@AmazonHelp i’ve already told you that i’ve raised the complaints with your team, why are you asking me to raise more complaints. I want a resolution! that none of your team members are able to, I don’t know why? don’t you guys have SOPs in case of late deliveries ?
@amazonIN is a big joke! since 4 days they hv been delaying my deliveries with stupid reasons, every single day the tracking says it is out fr delivery n does nt gt delivered. The customer service agents jst copy n paste answers, the delivery agents do nt pick their phone. (1/2).
@AmazonHelp@PiyushGoyal@PiyushGoyalOffc isn’t it time that we make them work the way work in other countries? I mean they earn billions from Indian consumers, and still treat them like third class citizens, why? because of lack of policies or abuse of it?
@amazonIN what is even more disappointing is that Amazon india does not own up to its mistake and compensate its consumer for late deliveries like @amazonDE or @AmazonUK does. That’s probably because Amazon india thinks the time of indians is not worth being compensated, correct?
@AmazonHelp@PiyushGoyal@PiyushGoyalOffc Amazon compensates its consumers for late deliveries all over the world because of regulations in the respective countries, but refuses to compensate its consumers in India. Is the time wasted by Amazon of Indians not worth being compensated? (1/2)
@AmazonHelp i’ve reached out to your incompetent customer service N number of times already, every time they promise to investigate the issue, raise a complaint against the delivery agent and then say “unfortunately this is all we can do for now” seriously?
