ಅವರ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಸಚಿವನಾಗಿ, ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಪ���ೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ನನ್ನ ಭಾಗ್ಯ. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಬಲವರ್ಧನೆಗೆ ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ, ಹಿರಿಯ ಅನುಭವ ನಮಗೆ ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಲಿ ಎಂದು ಆಶಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗಾಗಿ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯೋಣ.
