@SilverstoneUK this is beyond ridiculous, I have been trying to add inner track since 10:30am this morning and almost three hours later it is still not on the website. I have DM'd you but no response
@SilverstoneUK it is @ZiverAkinci. I completely understand they are being treated in order of priority but i messaged on this one almost as soon as tickets opened up. This is causing me so much unnecessary stress!
@SilverstoneUK can you please confirm that a team member will reach out today and they will be able to add inner track tickets on my already purchased ticket? I have heard nothing back from your customer service at all
