Capacity = how much you can produce
Capability = the depth of skill that ensures what you produce has real impact

You might have the capacity to write ten reports a week, but do you have the capability to deliver one presentation that shapes business decisions?

The trap many career professionals fall into is stretching their capacity (taking more on, working longer hours), while neglecting to strengthen their capabilities (skills, strategy, influence).
