On the $200 plan and I’d honestly take the 5h limit back if the tradeoff was clearer weekly headroom.
The fact that they can leave Pro without the 5h window for now suggests average utilization on these tiers is low enough that the extra burst capacity is cheap for them.

That said, the real “extra” work many people get still comes from the 0% behavior, when a task continues after you hit zero.

With the 5h limit returning to Plus, those users will hit 0% much more often and get more chances to use that. At this point it almost makes sense for Pro users to keep a lower account just for that.
