came back from the youtube void to cover one of my current favorite contemporary Christian songs, “good morning mercy” by @JasonCrabbMusic - this was one of the songs we picked to listen to all week when we went on vacation in September and i love it <3 https://t.co/lSi33Vemef
With the beginning of the Christmas season, we give you Mitty the Christmas Kitty written in honor of @oakridgeboys own @joebonsall’s Mitty. Happy Thanksgiving!
"God, if You say You love me, I believe You love me. If You say I can do anything, I believe I can do anything. If You tell me all things are possible with You, then I believe all things are possible with You!"
For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are My ways your ways, declares the LORD. Just as the heavens are higher than the earth, My ways are higher than your ways, My thoughts higher
than yours. Isaiah 55:8-9. Father God, please forgive us for ever believing that we are somehow equal to You. We bow before Your sovereign love and omnipotence, and we praise Your holy name.🙏🏻🐑🎶
May God give you deep and nourishing sleep tonight. And may you wake up tomorrow refreshed and ready to carry God's light and easy yoke for you. May you refuse to carry that which He has not assigned. May you look up with joy knowing He's with you every step of the way.
We don’t have to work our fingers to the bone and our emotions into a tangled fray trying to strategize, manipulate, control, or figure it all out, sweet friend. Our job is to be obedient to God. God’s job is everything else. What do you need to surrender to Him in prayer today?
You’re not called to do everything, be everything, or even see everything. You are called to keep your gaze fixed on God alone. Don’t look at all of your problems all at once; instead, look at ONE of His promises all of the time until you’ve made it your own.
As you lie down to sleep, may the Lord Himself rise up and fight for you! May He draw by His Spirit your loved ones who do not love Him. May He bring the breakthrough where there's only been a roadblock. May you remember this day and everyday that the battle is the Lord's!
