@virginmedia So used to pay £99 which ended 1 Sept. New amount was £147.68, and agreed new price of £101.40, but that doesn't start until Nov. In the interim, in Oct have to pay £124, so how come the new pay arrangement doesn't start until Nov?

@virginmedia Yes 2 months prior so easy to forget in that length of time. Yes new package discussed, and understand that have to pay the high price for 1 month as we didn't remember contract end date, but question is why does it not kick in the following month?
