3 potential reasons:
1. Over consumption/caloric deficit . You can eat right but still over eat.
2. Your eating too late at night so your body has to work harder to digest your food while your sleeping and your storing fat instead of burning fat while sleep.
3. Your workout regiment is not conducive to your goals.
@badmovie2020 Post update it said mine was already in review. I didn’t even do anything. I may have pre-submitted but I don’t remember.. just curious if it was a glitch and just gonna sit like that.

You guys are geniuses. But you are having difficulty convincing everyday Americans to buy into AI because you have not provided examples on how to generate income off these models.
Yes they can provide information, yes they can help (and hurt) businesses but people are struggling financially. The economy struggle is real.
Imagine providing a pipeline for rural Americans to use these models in ways to generate income to relieve some of their financial burden on an individual level.
Helping others goes a long way towards helping yourselves.
Food for thought.
Why would the rams do this…? I mean doesn’t make sense long term..
Garrett has like at best 3-4 prime years left… Verse hasn’t even hit his prime yet..
🚨🚨🚨
Bombshell: The Browns are finalizing a trade that will send two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, per @rapsheet, @TomPelissero and me.
In exchange for Garrett, the Rams are expected to send Pro-Bowl edge Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick and other draft-pick compensation still being negotiated to the Browns.
When are we gonna start discussing when @KingJames@KDTrey5@JHarden13 start taking the vet minimum to help teams actually compete for a chip.. IF they love the game as they claim.. their impact on winning is not conducive to competing for championships sooo just like any other vets.. the vet minimum seems appropriate..
Simple… it’s not for humans.. it’s for AI. The piece your missing is the blockchain transition in conjunction with AI compute usage on blockchain rails. Agents won’t have bank accounts.. they will have wallets.
AI will need massive amounts of compute to self serve on the internet and continually run 24/7 using blockchains as their payment mechanisms.
Agent independent inference and usage will consume and compensate for the lack of human demand.
The humanoids that will walk the earth will also use that same compute and inference by incorporating Grok, Gemini etc level knowledge or more in humanoids allowing them to service humans and themselves..
I think the Jonathan Kuminga situation has finally put to rest and confirmed 2 things:
1. Kerr was a beneficiary of the team Mark Jackson built.
2 Kerr never knew how to develop young players.
Imagine if he could have effectively developed James Wiseman, Jordan Poole, & Jonathan Kuminga..
They effectively drafted enough to keep the dynasty going but Kerr could only work around what was originally built and shipped another easy ring when he got KD. His job wasn’t hard. He just had to manage players emotions and push the right buttons..
The moment the job got tough and he had to actually develop and lead players his true abilities are showing..
There is also a second coach showing this same characteristics down in south beach but we not ready for that conversation.
There are some coaches better at managing leaders and egos but not developing players and producing results and vice versa..
Think Mike Budenholzer developed and got the best out of Giannis but once he became that guy was no longer the best for the job.. it weird how the NBA coaching dynamic works.
Fascinating conversation.
CJ McCollum on Jonathan Kuminga: “He has championship DNA coming from the Warriors. The athleticism is off the charts. He’s got a mid-range. He knows how to post up, screen, and defensively, he can guard 1-5. He was in a not so great situation and now he's found a happy home.”
