@BSNLCorporate after complaining several times one of your SDO (concerned region) called me and asked about my problem. I was somehow relieved that my problem will be solved but guess what nothing happened!!
If you can refund my monthly charges of broadband ,please do so 🙏🏼

Using @BSNLCorporate broadband services in UP east my no. is 0512-2980883.I have raised complaint several times(complaint no:1055342775,1055706255
But after someday they send you reply that your issue is resolved.
I have also visited nearby office but they simply ignored my issue
