क्या आप लोगों Aam Janmat Party का नाम सुना है.

इस पार्टी को 2023-24 में 620 करोड़ रुपए चंदा मिला है.

सभी ��ड़ी विपक्षी पार्टी Congress को 2023-24 में 281 करोड़ रुपए चंदा मिला है.

यानी Congress पार्टी से भी 339 करोड़ रुपए ज्यादा चंदा Aam Janmat Party को मिला है.

जब Shubhangi Mishra गुजरात के अहमदाबाद गयीं तो पार्टी का दफ्तर बंद निकला. पार्टी के अध्यक्ष Gaurav Mishra फ़ोन नही उठा रहे हैं.

UPDATE on Swatantra Bhardwaj's ARREST from @rishav_ranjan18, Legal counsel of Nishu Azaad.

1- STRANGE HEARING.
2- Legal aid counsel joined through video conferencing.
3- Accused was presented before the judge at his residence.
4- Only One-day Police custody was sought in such a serious offence.
5- No details of any charges, no details of what additions were made to the FIR.
6- No OFFICIAL statement by Delhi police.

Finally, Delhi Police have registered an FIR against the Sanghi goon and said he will be arrested within 72 hours.

It took two months and a protest just to get an FIR registered for a hate crime that happened right in front of the police.

​The Delhi Special Cell on 2nd September, 2026 initiated a suo motu FIR against me under Section 192 BNS.
​A fair application of the law must be consistent. The content in this quoted post clearly meets the threshold of provocation under BNS 192. To maintain public trust and constitutional neutrality, will equal suo motu action be taken in this case?
If BNS 192 is being enforced against provocation and intent to cause unrest, look at the quoted video. If the rule of law applies equally to all, initiate the same suo motu action here.

This is extraordinary and deeply disturbing.

Delhi Police’s facial-recognition system identified at least 25 people accused of murder, rape and attempted murder as being present at the Jantar Mantar protests - even though they were actually sitting in jail.

That leaves only two possibilities, and both are deeply alarming:

1. The technology is dangerously unreliable. The very system Delhi Police is using to identify and potentially target protesters in Delhi and across the country is so flawed that it is identifying people who were not even at the protest as having been there.

OR

2. The technology isn’t the problem. The police is. Criminals and thugs were deliberately brought to the protest site to provoke violence, create disorder and malign the students’ cause.

Either way, this demands answers.

If the technology is this unreliable, why is Delhi Police using it to profile protesters?

And if the technology is accurate, how did people who were demonstrably sitting in jail end up being identified as protesters at Jantar Mantar?

Delhi Police cannot have it both ways.

It owes the country an answer.

Informing an individual's family during interrogation or detention is a legal mandate, not an optional courtesy.

​Yesterday, I was taken for interrogation after my morning walk under the assurance that it would take very little time. However, as the hours stretched on, my repeated requests to inform my wife of my whereabouts ,the concerned Police Officials/Officer simply stated they were "following instructions."

​I was only permitted to make a call at 6:38 PM, leaving my family & friends in total panic the entire day.

I request that you issue clear instructions to all units directing officers to strictly uphold the legal duty of immediately informing the family of any person taken for interrogation , so that no citizen’s family has to endure the distress that mine suffered.

1) That in 2012-2023, India's GDP grew at only 5%, worst in 1 decade

2) We were struggling. And, therefore, this appeal to not travel abroad, don't buy gold was made.
