Have you read the charging documents or are you paying attention to the hearing at all.
Have you been following the investigation or any of the people investigating the evidence?

One simple fact. Charging documents added that Tyler confessed on discord at 8pm on 9/11. The problem with that, we know Tyler turned himself in about 6pm on 9/11 in Southern Utah.
Tyler was mirandized at 6:20 pm. At that time Tyler choose not to talk and said his parents were contacting an attorney. Tyler’s phone and other items were removed.

Simple question, have you looked at the grainy pictures of the guy in the eagle shirt & Tyler’s arresting photos?
The Eagle shirt guy has thicker hair with a little bit of a wave.
Tyler has fine, thin hair.

I like to listen the Supreme Court arguments. I listened to the Dobbs argument. The two attorneys arguing their case were not prepared for most of the questions from the Justices. How do you make it that far and you are not prepared for everything?
