@ViCustomerCare I have been charged wrongly for international roaming despite following required protocols to ensure 0 usage of data, however this doesn’t reflect in your system. I understand Vi has huge debts to repay but doesn’t mean you extort it from customers.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, as I had discussed with Chitrak on call, I’ve sent all the proofs of my data usage with Lyca Mobile on DM that proves I haven’t used Vi services at all. I expect a solution in a day, as you’ve cut off my internet service since 10 days here in India (1/2)
