Two Muslim buffalo traders were beaten with sticks, tied with ropes and dragged in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, by men claiming links to Bajrang Dal. In Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, two Muslim cattle traders, Abid Qureshi and Hasan Qureshi, were allegedly dragged out of their pickup, tied with ropes and brutally beaten with sticks and bats by a mob.

They accused them of being “cattle thieves” and “cow killers.” The victims alleged that they were forced to make statements on camera while being beaten.

The victims have accused Bajrang Dal workers of orchestrating the attack. Two men were critically injured and reportedly made to lie on the hospital floor.
