@ReutersAfrica@rakidi Bad deal. Why does Uganda always sign into deals that are rejected by other African countries?! There is always probable cause to look into. The monopoly of starlink internet is not a good idea. Security is a hoax when it comes to such.
@NarcDecoder Not really, even one who is deemed not to have love for oneself can still love depending on what they value. I believe what u value is what draws u in, and love in itself is sacrifice.
@NarcDecoder That's going to be my treasured gift for my birthday. It has been a humbling yet glorious journey. From the ashes we rise, touching the lives of others. Thank you so much for not giving up. Much appreciated, I'm humbled ♥
I need to tell you something.
I spent the last 12 months of my life writing a book.
No publishing team. No support system. No family cheering me on.
Just me, the research, and everything I lived through.
I was offered a publishing deal. I turned it down. Because I refused to wait two more years for this to reach the people who need it right now.
The Scapegoat Child is done.
Proofread. Edited. Formatted. 350 pages. Ready.
This is not a self-help book.
It is part memoir, part clinical deep-dive built on years of research, Bowlby, van der Kolk, Dr Ramani Durvasula, Sam Vaknin. Written from the inside of the experience. Because I did not just study narcissistic abuse. I survived it.
And here is what nobody tells you about it.
It does not just hurt in the moment. It shapes the way you see yourself. It shapes every relationship you make for years afterwards. It makes you believe you were the problem.
You were not.
You were not chosen because you were broken.
You were chosen because you were clear.
This book is for every person who grew up being called difficult, dramatic, too sensitive, too much.
For every adult who still apologises before they have done anything wrong.
For every person who has spent their whole life waiting for a family that was never going to come through.
I know that feeling. I am living it.
I do not come from a family of cheerleaders. I built this alone. And right now I'm looking at my Twitter family for support 🫂
If this is your story, please support me. Share this post. Follow me. Tell someone who needs this.
Pre-orders coming soon. August 7th 2026.
I promise this book will not let you down.

The harder a narcissist pursues you in the beginning, the more devastating the discard at the end.
It’s not love they’re building it’s intensity, urgency, and illusion. They study you, mirror you, and move fast to create a bond that feels rare, almost fated. But what feels deep is often just deliberately accelerated.
So when the switch happens when the warmth turns cold, the attention disappears, and you’re left trying to understand what changed it hits harder. Not because you lost something real, but because you were led to believe it was 💔
The truth is: the intensity was never a measure of your worth. ✨️
And the discard is never a reflection of your value 💯
It’s the cycle.
And once you see it clearly, it stops owning you 💝
Narcissistic abuse runs deep in the family unit 💯
It’s often passed down like a toxic inheritance, generation after generation of manipulation, control, gaslighting, and emotional neglect. The narcissistic parent programs their children to play roles: the golden child, the enabler, the flying monkey, and the scapegoat. This system isn't love it's survival under the illusion of "family."
But then comes the scapegoat.
The one who sees the truth.
The one who doesn’t play along.
The one blamed, shamed, and cast out for daring to question the dysfunction.
Yet the scapegoat is the cycle breaker.
They feel the pain, process the trauma, and choose healing over pretending.
They say, “This ends with me.”
And in doing so, they begin the hard, lonely, but liberating work of change.
Breaking the cycle isn’t easy. It means losing family, but finding freedom. It means standing alone, but standing in truth. It means turning the pain into purpose. 💯 🫂 ️
A narcissistic man is often a son with a mother wound.
Rejected... or worshipped as the golden child.
But the golden child grows up feeling controlled and emasculated.
Unhealed, he repeats the cycle with you. You stop being his partner. You become his mother.
And the rage he carries for her... gets taken out on you.
@NarcDecoder 💯 We value ourselves and others. It's not all about hurting someone else but the betrayal of the value we attach to ourselves. The feeling of self betrayal is far worse. Those who do it, have no value attached to self or others.
I wonder who I would be if the abuse never happened because it reshaped everything about me. My career, my relationships, my ability to trust, the way I move through the world. I grieve the version of myself I never got to become.
The one who was not constantly afraid, hypervigilant, second guessing everything. I do however feel my life is more authentic now, no more pretending to be okay with people's shitty behaviour.
But that loss is real, because I will never meet her.
@NarcDecoder No matter what life threw at u, you found purpose, its not about what u post, its the value in what u post. As long as we your followers find value in this account, i say keep on keeping on.
@NarcDecoder @MsDianaFrances To forgive is to the benefit of the one who has been wronged. It sets u free from the bitterness towards another coz holding onto unforgiveness is like taking poison expecting the one who wronged u to die.
