@Airtel_Presence had to tell about your third class service. I recharge my DTH and any channel numbered above 200 shows not available. As per your CSR an engineer has to visit and I have to pay 150 for visit but when I ask them to cancel channels work. Same story 2 days later???
@MSEDCL I have paid for the meter but nobody knows when will they replace the meter which means I have to continue paying fake wrong bills for a few more months and then you will settle my bill later? How are you so incompetent? Do we pay for this kind of costumer service?
@MSEDCL Finally a sensible executive on call Ashwina who confirmed there is a charge to pay for replacing faulty meter that I paid now. I have been committed that the incorrect bills charged will be adjusted later which is the only good thing I heard today

@MSEDCL are you joking for the last 4 months my bill amount is exactly the same? Do you think I'm a fool? I raised a ticket to send someone to check the meter you close the ticket without even considering the request. I won't pay this bill until someone has looked at my concern
