This isn’t about ₹1,000. It’s about TRUST.

If a shipment can be marked delivered via OTP without the customer receiving or sharing an OTP, why should anyone TRUST Amazon?

Then suddenly, after weeks of complaints, the shipment was marked “Delivered via OTP.”

I NEVER received the package.
I NEVER received or shared an OTP.

Amazon Shipping later said it was a delivery-agent issue and raised a complaint against the agent.
