#SNTA met the lovely judge panel today! Quite possibly one of the scariest moments to date! Also had the pleasure of speaking to last year's winner Isaac! What a pleasure to meet the entire panel! Now onto 4th November!

@StNurseProject I think yes but with the caveat that there's a question somewhere on admission that might ASK the patient if they would LIKE that information to be displayed on their ID band? I agree it'd be much more inclusive and a huge step forward but the choice should be given first

@WeStudentNurse Drink anyways! Even if you aren't thirsty, keep a drink somewhere you pass frequently (like the nurses station) and drink some regardless of whether you need it or not

@WeStudentNurse I've not gotten to mine yet but, I've been asking questions about it. Follow the shift leader around, spend some time with ward managers and learn how to organise and delegate the shift is the advice I've been given!
