@zaidibrahim Haha now this biggest political katak is tripoding Hadi Awang to give him a parliamentary seat GE16.Common sense lah most Chinese voters are away from Johore to Cari Makan and if they donβt come back to vote UMNO will win big..
That is why UMNo is calling
The report about JAIS and the other enforcement agencies arresting a large number of Shia believers ( women and children ) in Selangor is most disturbing. There is no federal law criminalising Shia. Al Azhar recognises Shia as part of Islam.
So who is better qualified to judge Shia? Jais?
Any state laws criminalising Shias are unconstitutional, but no one challenges them. Ok, state laws can regulate Muslim affairs and practices, but who gave them the authority to criminalise any group? There is freedom of religion in the country
But no word from the Bar Council and the Human Rights groups when muslims are discriminated against. They are always very selective
@zaidibrahim I don't think that you are sincere with the reasoning. I bet you won't be able to sit there long enough and maybe after this you will go to Bersama instead. Who knows.
Chun Wai wants to know why Pas failed to sustain coalition politics.
Because Pas did not, in the first place, initiate the coalition's inception, it came about in 1974, when Umno invited PAS to join BN after May 13. When BN was stronger, and took over Kelanran in 1978, they ditched Pas out
When Team B lost to Team A in 1990, they came to Pas for support. When Umno became stronger, Team B rejoined and left Pas
Where did Anwar go when he was sacked in 1998? When he became stronger, Pas was left out of Barisan Alternatif
When Muhiyudin was sacked by Najib, where did he go? PN. When Hsmzah was sacked by Muhiyudfin, where did Hamzah go?
So, Mr Chun Wai, Pas was the ever-generous party to offer solace and comfort to those injured in their party fights. Some, like Hamzah, are the grateful type but don't blame Pas for failing to sustain the coalition. Chun Wai must not forget history to please Anwar
@zaidibrahim Rolling Stones gather no moss- you are a bloody dinosaur wherever you go . I guarantee you will lose your deposit bcos PAS will only give you a seat they can never win and by the way they need your cash too.Dint be scammed by the so called god fearing proven fitnah kings
My favourite eating place is Taman Tun. You can get the best salt beef sandwich, Ramen, etc
But the moment you step out of the restaurants, the stench overwhelms you. Drains have no cover, and DBKL cannot keep them clean
Hannah Yeoh, please dine at TTDI, and you will see what I mean
There is a lot of drama being played out by Umno leaders, all of whom are attacking DAP. Onn from Johor says he would rather not be the MB than be together with DAP. Noh Omar of Selangor is now back with Umno because Umno is prepared to dump DAP
I wish none of them would stop attacking DAP. DAP is Anwar's choice; so why are Umno leaders so angry and fixated with DAP?
Zahid Hamidi chose to join the PH government. DAP did not compel him to do that
Those Umno leaders should instead demand that Zahid Hamidi publicly declare that Umno will not support any government that includes DAP as a component party after the next election. Will they do that?
No, they won't. They like being in government, but nearer the election and at the end of the term, they will again blame DAP. So they can get Malay votes again. That's the level of sophistication the Malay parties are at the moment

Can someone explain why the water festival in Bukit Bintang is immoral or anathema to religious sensitivities?
I brought my family and grandchildren to Bangkok years ago for Songkran, the water festival. The children love it, and so do old folks like me. Where is the offensive part?
Ok, some of the ladies' bras could be seen when the blouse/shirt is wet, but no one is going berserk over it
People are just having fun

Some people donβt like Dr Samsuri, the PN chairman. Even organising a motorcycle convoy of 10,000 doing a 10-kilometre ride was described as wasteful and stupid
They said he should not waste fuel on political activities
But they forgot that the motorcycle convoy probably cost no more than 50,000 (at 90 sen per kilometre), a lot less than PMX trips to Perak - Johor for his political meetings at the same time. And the motorcyclists paid with their own money
If PMX flies in his Airbus AJC or the smaller Bombardier, the trip will cost more than 150,000. Not just fuel, but also the related expenses of using jets
The criticism of the PAS activities/leaders should be more measured and less spiteful. What say you
