Kofi Moore has left Brig and signed for @ChesterFC . Great move for the lad to be fair. Whilst Brig consistently punch above their weight. Chester are a club that certainly should be punching higher. I hope he does well there. On his day, a superb footballer.
@jamie_milligan8@adam_brig That wasn't the point I was making. More the lack of acknowledgment from the club for their contributions whilst at Irongate.
How many more Brig players are going to pictured signing for other NPL clubs before Brig themselves acknowledge this ? So far, Molloy, Hey, Dowling and now Bange. I would have at least expected a thanks for your time at Brig message of some description. 😔
@ollymolloy now left Brig, following Lewis Hey out of the door. Gutted doesn't do my thoughts justice on this one😡. Good luck Olly, you'll smash it at Cables. 👍⚽
Lewis Hey left @BamberBridgeFC and signed for @CleeTownFC. Disappointing but not unexpected considering he's been travelling about 50 miles for training and home games. Although I suppose he'll now doing the same distance in the opposite direction.
As it stands, Prescot look like they’re going down despite their comfortable 2-0 lead against Brig. Whitby still holding on for a point at home to Cleethorpes. Brig have done thier bit to today to help the Cables cause by simply not turning up.
Brig just gone 2-0 down at the start of the 2nd half at Prescot Cables. A game that as yet we have still to get near their penalty area. Complete no show so far from Brig. Season can’t end quick enough for me.😔
15 mins in, Brig playing well but yet to create any kind of scoring opportunity. We have the wind at our backs in this half and probably need to take advantage of that 0-0
Ollie Molloy off with what looks like a dislocated shoulder. Moments later and a superb burst down the right from Jamie Allen, who squares it across the 6 yard line for the sub who’d just come on, just needed sweeping home, but he completely missed the ball. Unlucky.
1-1 and fair play to Brig they’ve been pushing Lancaster back for most of this half. Corner hit deep and stabbed home on the half volley at the back stick by Nat Knight Percival. Great finish
Brig look like they’d equalised as Ewan Bange got to the ball before the keeper, but the ref inexplicably gives a free kick against Bange. Shocking decision. 0-1
