@kevinleosmith Whatever happened to double-blind testing? In this case test 2,122 patients; half with chloroquine, half with placebos; neither the patients or experimenters know. Baselines are established, bias removed (ie results with/without medicine). Otherwise the results aren’t significant

@WandileSihlobo Be careful of statistics. This statement is distorted by GDP per capita growth over the period, population growth, the bases for measuring and defining poverty levels over time in relation to regional, local and global economic indicators etc etc.
