@Nick___Collins West Ham fan who follows you with interest - A couple of seasons ago someone managed to smuggle a pint into the ground at LS and threw it when we scored. The majority landed on a lady in front of us. The reaction was fans clambering over seats trying to find the culprit.
@tomrenniesoccer I do not want to get covered in beer. It will not be season ticket holders doing it but day trippers and casual fans. Current system works well. It is a terrible idea. So what if people chose to get a beer while the match it ongoing.
@Kevin_Maguire A couple of seasons ago someone managed to smuggle a pint into the ground at LS and threw it when we scored. The majority landed on a lady in front of us. The reaction was fans clambering over seats trying to find the culprit. If the ban is lifted it will result in fights.
@WestHam Can we now name a stand after him please. Is 2nd behind Billy Bonds for appearances and was a great player winning the FA Cup twice and a legend who should be properly recognised โ๏ธ
@BillyBondsStand You can get a ยฃ3 hot dog from a stand outside Hackney Wick or a jerk chicken wrap for ยฃ8 and both very decent. Food places around the stadium after you pass security are ridiculous prices!
Very sad to hear of Ludoโs passing. He was a great keeper and I remember that game against Man U vividly and was in the BML, so had a great view of his exploits. I think it was the fact he so obviously cared about the club that he was so loved. I love singing his song โ๏ธโค๏ธ
@RoshaneSport I thought he made a big difference to us last season and in complete contrast to the selfish approach of Paqueta. However, as a forward you must get goals or assists and he is not delivering that currently. It is a long season though and perhaps once he gets one will kick on
@Nick_Metcalfe I was at this game. Absolutely mental celebrations. He also scored one in the last minute of extra time against Liverpool at Wembley in 1981 and was there for that too. He rolled that one in sending the keeper the wrong way. He was a real Hammers legend โ๏ธ
@whulegends_XI@DCross_psycho9 I was there with my mates. I remember one wore a Shetland wool jumper for some reason and was sweating buckets as it was a warm evening. I also remember after the game meeting up with another mate who was spurs fans and his dad ranted as us that we were lucky ๐
