But I'm not familiar with the regional nuance's of insurance. We pretty much have insurance dictating the rules and doctors aren't allowed to use logic at all.

And by insurance protocols, I do mean the guidelines that are heavily guided by insurance haha. I do more explaining to the patients then the doctors due to the time constraints physicians have.
