@313Hockey That’s the big misconception about the Wings failure post 25 year streak, it wasn’t because we had a lack of assets. Ken Holland for years didn’t use assets to improve the team and then missed on all his picks
@DanisMCFC You do realize the leg that was stepped on was not the leg he was favoring. Looks like his right foot is stepped on but his left leg started to cramp up and tighten hence the straight left leg while hopping on right leg
@m_bultman Everything was alright through 4-5 years. Then he made moves to make the playoffs with Compher, Sprong, Ghost, etc and they still missed. They waited to bring up Simon because of that and the head scratcher of trading Walman and a second for nothing. It truly started the downfall
@Dhogan1982@ShortHandedZS I bet he’s looking for a trade similar to what Calgary received for Matthew Tkachuk. Which would be a mistake imo just as it was a mistake for Calgary.
@Cosmicneurons13 If I was GM for DRW I would be asking for Hintz, Seguin, either Schmidt/Hemming, and two first rounders (27 & 29or30) for Larkin and one of JT, Apple or Ras
Larkin > Hintz and Seguin would be a cap dump so Dallas can resign Robertson. TBH if I was GM I would only ask for futures
@KyleJohns770@RyanHanaWWP@AnsarKhanMLive I think Hintz and Seguin satisfy his current NHLers quota. Reports show Hemming is ready for the jump to NHL too. Schmidt still may be a year away. I would also flip one first plus something for EP40. I would be willing to take the EP40 risk at this point

@KyleJohns770@RyanHanaWWP@AnsarKhanMLive Harley makes no sense in a trade for Larkin for either team. Wings need more forward goal scoring help and Harley doesn’t help that. Losing Larkin makes Detroit very thin at center too which again Harley doesn’t help. Also losing Harley for Larkin makes Dallas D too thin as well.
@RyanHanaWWP I disagree. I believe Larkin is better the Ek. if trading for Larkin helps sign Quinn to a longer term and Larkin’s established chemistry with Boldy from the Olympics it could be a big win for Wild. With that said it can’t be a one for one trade. Wild needs to add to it.
@JimCosta_ Agreed. The talent isn’t the issue. Your talent is the reason you start the game flat, play scared, and play with no sense of urgency at all. The team got lost in being the celebrities of the moment
