@VirginAtlantic & @Delta left my 3 girls & my Grandson Reggie (who is 11 months old btw) at @JFKairport , with no luggage, to make their own arrangements for an overnight stay as their connecting flight was cancelled due to weather and the next flight is this afternoon.Shocked.

@JFKairport I understand what has happened but the lack of assistance was shocking all round!! Absolutely left to fend for themselves with no luggage with an 11 month old. Shameful.
