That’s iffy because our healthcare costs and relatively high labor costs it makes the math a little fuzzy for a company to choose between paying the tax or taking on new facilities in the U.S.

If we had an established industrial base and we used tariffs to protect domestic production that’s one thing.

@GirlJville @BradRTorgersen @ClassicComics3 If we had an abundance of labor the tariffs might be beneficial but because our labor market is tight, the companies are going to see our high costs associated with providing healthcare and competitive salaries they will likely just pass the tax on rather than build here.
