WASTAGE ... Minister of urban and rural development James Sankwasa on Tuesday took a swipe at his fellow parliamentarians for wasting time on unnecessary things at the expense of voters who stood in the sun in long queues. His disappointment comes after opposition parties walked out in protest during a vote regarding the nomination of 11 members to the security commission to elect only two members for the five available spots. The opposition wanted a secret voting and not an open voting.
