I would like someone @Microsoft to explain to me why they cannot process refunds via the method used to pay but are requiring my bank account info. Two months for a refund on a laptop that has engineering issues is ridiculous. Worst return process ever.

FYI about what a mess #microsoft is right now On my 3rd surfacebook 3 since May. All have audio issues with the headphone jack producing a buzz. Finally decided to return for refund. Spent an 1.25hrs on the phone only to be told I would be called back within 48 hours #Buyerbeware
