I've watched at least a dozen different angles of the English soccer players standing on the field in Arlington with the crowd signing Oasis to them, and Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham tearing up taking it in.
What an incredible scene.
"If you're the Browns, Jets, Dolphins, Cardinals, one of these teams that didn't take a QB high in '26... you could get your QB situation taken care of now with a 2 or a 3"
@colincowherd and @AlbertBreer on where Brendan Sorsby could land in the Supplemental Draft
How come all the World Cup games start on time?
I’m confused. It says the game starts at 4 and it’s going to actually start at 4. Is this a new thing around here?
The crazy thing is it cost the Cowboys the first pick in 1990, and maybe the chance to take Cortez Kennedy (who Johnson had at UM). BUT JJ later flipped Walsh for picks that Dallas turned into Erik Williams, Jimmy Smith, Kelvin Prichett, Kevin Harris and Darrick Brownlow.
With all the supplemental draft talk, I've been thinking the '80s stories. And none, to me, was wilder than @JimmyJohnson drafting his QB from Miami, Steve Walsh, with a first-rounder, less than 3 months after taking Troy Aikman first overall.
(Obviously, Jimmy survived that.)

I've been to a few Premier League stadiums, and Parc de Princes in Paris. The atmosphere is incredible at all those places. But the stadiums aren't like ours. I was taken back by how basic Emirates—still relatively new and AWESOME for a game—is compared to what we have here.
Found myself curious why euros are so blown away by our stadiums. This is the largest stadium in the English Premier League for arguably its most famous franchise. Looks like you stepped on a marshmallow. Seats 75k.

In @theMMQB Tuesday Notes, more on Brendan Sorsby—today, his team is withdrawing the lawsuit, which will officially make him ineligible to play college football. That, in turn, makes him eligible for the supplemental draft.
He’ll then apply for entry to the supplemental draft.
Sending out the call for questions early this week ... will do the Video Mailbag this AM, and follow up with the print edition tomorrow. So anything you got NFL-wise, you ask, I answer ...

Here, from the end of April, is why this was always the most likely ending for Brendan Sorsby—and why he'll be pretty intriguing to quarterback-needy teams ahead of the late July supplemental draft.
"I know that there are some NFL people that feel like, just from a physical ability standpoint, he has top of the first round talent."
