@meralco 11th day and counting… 4th reference # 26082981953, closed again my @meralco claiming they attempted to call but no phonecall received from any of the service crew. This is the type of service we are getting from @meralco . I hope we can get an alternative provider.

@meralco we have reported an issue regarding sparks from the @meralco line that may caused a fire last thursday (august 13.2026), and created a reference #: 26082912949 but was closed without checking the house, the reference ticket was closed on august 16, 2026.

@meralco @meralco is your turn around timeline for resolution takes a month? And does your service crew just close reference number without cheking the actual issue and contacting a customer?

The issue has been ongoing for a week( aug 20, 2026) and still no actions are taken. @meralco service is disappointing given what they are charging the people.
