Not that it hasn’t been said before..
But sometimes you have to eliminate all distractions and laser in your focus on one single target for an extended period of time.
No matter the outcome, lessons will be learned.
Health benefits rarely occur in a vacuum.
Training, sleeping, nutrition, cold exposure, sunlight etc.
Have more than a single benefit as the human organism is always working in synergistic and integrated ways.
Training is my antidote to chaos.
Stress, mental fuckery, collective problems, blah blah blah.
There's so much that is designed to pull you out of the present, nothing induces presence more than being in your body.
Training creates holistic order.
Sometimes growth requires us to "break a loop".
Introduce new habits and challenges in your life to force new outcomes and potentials out of yourself.
You won't know until you do.
The general works until you get a specific case.
Real coaching happens on an individual level and requires skin in the game.
It's easy to give the 20% that will get you 80% of results, but in many contexts those are very limited.
