It's beginning to look a lot like Carnival at the Moot Hall! The wonderful Aldeburgh Flower Club have added a splash of colour to the Moot Hall and doesn't it look spectacular! 🌷🌸🌹🌺🌻🌼

The Boat must be powered by elastic bands attached to the boat, no catapults alllowed. Its a standing start so no pushing or touching the boat once released.

Calling all builders young and old. Do you have what it takes to win the Carnival Egg Boat race?
On Sunday at 4:45pm by the boating lake you can pit your homemade plastic bottle boats against other teams to see who is fastest and be crowned victorious.
There are a few rules;

You'll need to bring your own egg, it costs £1 to enter on arrival. The lenght of the boat must not exceed 36cm (no titanic sized vessles please) the Hull must be constructed around plastic bottles. #AldeburghCarnival2025
