🚨 29-year-old woman found hanging from a tree behind a vacant house in Jackson, Mississippi

She has been identified as Tasia Fortune.

She was discovered on August 3. Authorities confirmed her identity on August 6.

The autopsy is still pending. Police have not said whether they suspect foul play.

A Jackson city councilman has already asked the U.S. Attorney’s Office to investigate.

ตำรวจบุกนายเจสซีไปจับถึงบ้าน แต่ที่อุบาทว์คือแม่ที่รู้เรื่องบอกลูกว่า “พวกเราจะช่วยลูกออกจากคุก เราสัญญา“ ไม่ได้สนใจเลยว่าลูกไปทำอะไรกับเด็กผู้หญิง ครอบครัวของ��ายเจสซีค่อนข้างมีฐานะ พ่อเป็นโค้ชกีฬาท้องถิ่นที่มีชื่อเสียง

นายเจสซีโดนตั้งข้อหาไป 11 ข้อหา พยายามข่มขืนขั้นสูงสุด ข่มขืนโดยใช้วัตถุ ทำร้ายร่างกาย บังคับให้ร่วมประเวณีทางปาก ละเมิดคำสั่งคุ้มครอง ฯลฯ คือเยอะมาก ตอนแรกจะได้ติดคุกในฐานะผู้ใหญ่ ติดคุก 78 ปี แต่แล้วนายเจสซียอมรับผิด ไม่สู้คดี ศาลเลยดำเนินคดีในฐานะเยาวชน ถูกตัดสินให้เข้ารับการบำบัดและทำงานบริ���ารสังคม 1 ปี ทางด้านครอบครัวเหยื่อคืออึ้งเพราะนี่มันตลกร้ายมาก เหยื่อเกือบตายแต่นายเจสซีไม่เคยเข้าเรือนจำเลยแม้แต่วันเดียว

จนล่าสุดวันที่ 4 สิงหาคมที่ผ่านมา ก่อนวันเกิดครบอายุ 19 นายเจสซีก็เป็นอิสระ ศาลยกฟ้องเนื่องจากมองว่าทำงานบริการสังคมและเข้ารับการฟื้นฟูแล้ว นายเจสซีจะกลายเป็นคนไม่มีประวัติอา��ญากรรม ทนายกำลังดำเนินการลบประวัติคดีนี้ให้ ที่ผ่านมาเหยื่อเจ็บปวดมากทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ รูปการณ์คดีพยายามบอกว่าเด็กผู้หญิงสมยอมทั้งที่ไม่ใช่เรื่องจริง ใครมันจะอยากให้คนบีบคอตัวเองแบบจนเกือบตาย แค่อีกไม่กี่วินาทีก็ตายแล้ว

ทางด้านอัยการโมโหมาก เรียกทนายของนายเจสซีว่าขยะ เพราะมันพยายามทำให้เหมือนว่านายเจสซีเป็นเหยื่อ เป็นคนที่ทุกข์ทรมานกว่าเด็กผู้หญิง ทั้งที่เด็กผู้หญิงกลัว จิตใจพังทลายจนต้องเรียนที่บ้าน ไม่กล้าออกจากบ้าน ต้องผ่าตัดคอ นอกจากนี้ยังมีระบบห้ามดำเนินคดีซ้ำสอง ตัดสินแล้วจบ แต่ทางอัยการจะส่งคดีนี้ไปหน่วยงานรัฐบาลกลาง จะหาทางลงโทษคนร้ายให้ได้

แม่ของเด็กผู้หญิงคนนึงเล่าว่า ลูกสาวที่โดนทำร้ายต้องมานั่งเล่าเหตุการณ์ซ้ำๆ เพื่อพิสูจน์ตัวเอง ในขณะที่ศาลหาข้ออ้างสารพัดมาเพื่อให้คนร้าย������ด
