Liberal-progressives are trying to cow us into an empathy trap using the family of Henry Nowak so that we do not talk about serious issues harming our nation like mass immigration, multi-culturalism and institutional anti-white racism.
They'll exploit any tool at their disposal to stop their ideology being questioned, including grieving families.
Interesting how many British talking heads and politicians now insist that Musk, Vance and the Trump administration should not comment on British politics.
Strange principle.
They did not feel that way during George Floyd, when British politicians, commentators, institutions and activists were perfectly happy to lecture America, import American racial politics, and treat events in Minneapolis as a moral indictment of Britain too.
So the rule is clearly not “foreigners should stay out of domestic politics.”
The rule is that American progressive politics may be imported wholesale, but American conservative criticism must be denounced as meddling.
Ideological gatekeeping is what it is.
People may not remember this, but in June 2020 Keir Starmer wrote to Boris Johnson about the death of George Floyd and the protests that followed.
In that letter, he did not speak about anger as if it were automatically dangerous. He said he felt “shock and anger” himself. He said black citizens in Britain felt “palpable anger and anxiety.” He said George Floyd’s death had “justifiably prompted anger” and a “burning desire for fundamental change.”
He also spoke about the “fundamental democratic right to peaceful protest,” the need for a “peaceful and proportionate response,” and Britain’s “moral obligation” to understand the values being defended.
So Starmer knows how to do this when he wants to.
He knows how to place anger in context. He knows how to distinguish protest from disorder. He knows how to speak about democratic rights, moral grievance, proportionality, and the need to understand frustration.
Yet in the Henry case, that entire vocabulary seems to vanish.
No “justifiably prompted anger.”
No “palpable anger and anxiety.”
No “burning desire for fundamental change.”
No attempt to understand what has produced the rage.
Just “full force of the law.”
This is what people notice. The state can interpret one form of anger as a moral and political signal, while treating another as nothing more than disorder. It can find language for grievance when the cause is fashionable, but reaches immediately for punishment when the anger comes from people it already despises.
No one serious is saying violence should be excused. But people are entitled to ask why anger is humanised in one case and criminalised in another.
We really have reached Soviet levels of gaslighting.
A man is murdered, and somehow, the real problem is that people are angry about it.
Children are gang raped, and somehow the real problem is that people keep mentioning it and “dividing communities.”
This is moral inversion.
No. Crime divides communities. Institutional failure divides communities. Cover-ups, euphemisms, cowardice, and elite contempt divide communities.
Don’t say “identity.” Say “continuity.”
For a long time, I used the term “ethno-cultural identity” to define what we fight for.
Now I call it ethno-cultural continuity.
It is just easier to defend.
Identity sounds static. Journos always ask: “So what does it mean to be X or Y?” Then they produce midwit takes about how "being X or Y meant something different 200 years ago".
You avoid that trap by calling it what it is:
An unbroken chain of thousands of years of ethnic and cultural heritage. Yes, changes, but no rutpure.
>Ethno-cultural continuity.
That is what we defend. And it is undeniable that this chain is being broken by replacement migration.
Easy win.
Ireland has a shortage of 250,000 homes and its politicians will look you in the eye and tell you mass migration has no effect on housing supply. The Flat Earth society doesn’t have this level of brass neck.
I recently attended a conference in Rome where speakers were asked to make a pitch to a hypothetical billionaire to support nationalism.
My case for why serious funding and professionalism matter to our movement now more than ever.
