I usually don’t post personal stuff here, but I said goodbye to one of my closest friends today.
For whatever reason Sheba loved being in my room for the last 10+ years. She’s always there in school and now work. So anything you’ve seen/read of mine, she was right there with me.
Zachara Perkins wanted to stay at Rutgers from the start, but she needed the right coach and mutual belief to do so.
She found it with Gary Redus II at the helm.

2028 Morristown (NJ) G Nawel Ibazatene (@nawel_wbb) had a big sophomore year on the Colonials, and most recently a big spring for @unitedNJaau, earning many HM offers, and taking an unofficial visit to Rutgers.

Big news out of New Jersey girls basketball: Rutgers Prep Girls Head Coach/AD Mary Klinger is retiring after 42 years, the team announced.
Klinger helped lead Rutgers to an AIAW national title in 1982 and built one of the top programs in the area with over 700 career wins.
@pamsson Ideally yeah but I will say Brunson was able to get a quick-twitch pull-up three 1v1 against Wemby a couple times before he could get his hand up
@pamsson There’s also a chance I’m making absolutely no sense since that game completely scrambled my brain and Fox did like five other disastrous things in the second half that I might just be piling on to him here lol
@pamsson He was, but I think if you’re deciding in the huddle to double Brunson off the inbound you’ve got to account for someone rotating over to the inbounder instead of just leaving him, I just don’t get how he runs free if you draw up the double going in
@pamsson I’m still not sure if it was a good idea or not but I’m working on the assumption they were doubling no matter what considering how they defended Brunson late, I think it was a team breakdown to not account for the inbounder at all on a quick shot
