@JagexSupport That’s exactly what I’ve done. I’ve got 1 ticket that was getting responded too but has now gone a whole week without a response, and a second ticket that also hasn’t gotten a response. Thats the whole reason I made a post on Reddit and X. All I want is some communication

@JagexSupport I appreciate the response Vivec, but it defeats the purpose as I’ve already been over the support page 100 times. Enough that I’ve had to make a post about it. It doesn’t progress mine or others issues on the situation
