This morning one of my buddies received the 1st Sergeant position in my outfit for next year. This is someone who I personally trained and got him to where he currently is and it feels good to see him flourish on his own. #enable #aled301

Tonight my outfit in the corps had a meeting before tomorrow morning, when the freshmen begin earning their corps brass for the next 4 weeks. Since I had done this before I have #encourage some other cadets that haven’t to take point. #aled301

This evening I talked to one of my corps buddies who had an issue with one of our other buddies. He wanted me to talk to her for him, but I decided that we would go in there together and I would facilitate a conversation they had together to resolve the conflict. #enable #aled301
