So as @Cardiff10K celebrated 40 years I joined an army of #StJohnPeople from across @SJACymru & @stjohnambulance. To support the 10,000 taking part & the many spectators cheering them on. I am very proud of this multidisciplinary team who yet again made the event possible.

An honour to be in Swansea yesterday with St John Ambulance Cymru, as Wales and the wider world came together to mourn Bonnie Tyler.

Today was all about preparedness.

Working alongside colleagues from the Health Board during a major incident exercise, we put plans and protocols to the test, helping ensure staff understand their roles and are ready to respond if and when needed.
