The best way Claude could introduce 500USD plan, is basically this.

Same limits, so 100/200USD users dont lose anything, and a 500USD plan that just gives more limits (50x, instead of 20x so its linear scaling with 200USD). Making fast mode available in the sub (compared to extra usage on lower tiers) would be good too.

Im sure theyre gonna introduce a plan like this anyways, so we can just hope its the best variant possible.
