AI can generate a solution in seconds.
But before using it, ask:
โ Do I understand the code?
โ Is it secure?
โ Will it scale?
โ Is this the simplest solution?
AI can speed up development.
**But developers still need to own the decisions.**

@akshitarora0907 The dangerous part is that you are utilising the cached ids without verifying. WhereNotIn() could cause an unsafe delete if the cache is not there or empty. I would check the IDs before beginning the cleanup.
@PovilasKorop@MrPunyapal Absolutely. AI can help write code, but small Laravel tips like these still help developers understand what the framework can do and write cleaner code.
@MadeWithLaravel This looks useful for keeping larger Laravel applications organised. Domain-based structure can make complex business logic easier to manage and maintain.
@laravelnews@ylynfatt Fuzz testing is a great way to catch edge cases that normal tests can miss. Very useful for making Laravel applications more robust.
@PovilasKorop I agree. For small, project-specific features, writing focused code can be better than adding another dependency to maintain. AI makes this approach much easier now.
AI can write code.
But can it decide what code should NOT be written?
AI helps developers code faster.
Experience helps them make better decisions.
The advantage isnโt AI or developers.
Itโs developers who know how to use AI well.

Laravel 13 ๐
Working with AI embeddings?
Laravel now has an `AsVector` Eloquent cast.
```php
protected $casts = [
'embedding' => AsVector::class,
];
@MrPunyapal Good reminder. Mutable dates can cause subtle bugs when the same Carbon instance is reused. Using CarbonImmutable makes date handling much safer and easier to reason about.
@LaravelLinks This is a really useful workflow for automating OG image generation. Having it run through GitHub Actions can make keeping social preview images up to date much easier.
@laravelnews@ylynfatt Interesting tooling for larger Laravel codebases. Being able to parse and rewrite Blade templates programmatically could be really useful for automated refactoring and custom tooling.
@PovilasKorop This is exactly where simple regex solutions start breaking down. Versions, decimals, and abbreviations make sentence detection surprisingly tricky. The lookahead approach here is a much safer solution. Nice one.
@nativephp 100+ plugins is a great milestone! ๐ The growing plugin ecosystem makes NativePHP Mobile much more practical for building feature-rich apps with PHP.
@MadeWithLaravel This looks really useful for complex Eloquent relationships. Supporting multiple intermediate models can make nested data access much cleaner than handling it manually.
@LaravelLinks This looks interesting for larger Laravel applications. Combining RBAC, ABAC, and multi-tenancy can make complex permission systems much easier to manage.
@MrPunyapal One of mine is a reusable API integration layer I built to keep external API calls, retries, and error handling in one place. Nothing fancy, but it made future integrations much easier. ๐
@PovilasKorop@aarondfrancis Totally agree. Doing good work matters, but communicating it matters too. Sharing your work helps people understand your skills and the value you create.
