The core development team has reached a meaningful milestone in the Powfi smart contract audit process, while the broader tech stack has received a round of security, stability, and infrastructure upgrades.

Here is this week’s dev report:

<Powfi>

💥 The core development team has completed its audit of all Powfi smart contracts.
💥 Following multiple rounds of review, feedback, and iterative improvements, all identified issues have been resolved.
💥 The team will now redeploy to testnet for a final round of internal testing prior to mainnet deployment.
💥 This testing phase will verify that every feature and function performs as intended across the full scope of the protocol, including pool creation, liquidity provision, swaps, fee calculation, and the referral system.

↔️ The external audit is progressing, with the first round of reviews complete.
↔️ Auditors are now doing a second round of reviews.

<Frontend>

🖥️ Desktop wallet security has been strengthened by restricting which external links the application is permitted to open.
🛜 A WalletConnect launch issue affecting AppImage builds has been resolved.
🔢 The display of low-value token prices, particularly those below one cent, has been improved for greater accuracy.
📲 Amount display formatting and modal spacing in the mobile wallet have been tidied up.
🔎 Additional validation and test coverage has been added around wallet hashing and desktop deep-link handling.

<Backend>

⬆️ Released v4.5.5 of the Alephium core chain.
⬆️ Backend dependencies for the Explorer have been upgraded, and the internal actor infrastructure has been migrated to Apache Pekko.
⬆️ Market data handling has been improved, with the Market Service expiration window extended to reduce unnecessary API refresh cycles.
⬆️ WebSocket support is currently under active development

<Full Node>

💡 Alephium's internal actor and networking foundation has been migrated from Akka to Apache Pekko, keeping the node stack current and well-maintained for the long term.

Powfi completing its internal audit cycle is a moment the team has been building toward for some time. With final testnet deployment now underway, the path to mainnet launch is clear.

Powfi Update 💥

Following very positive discussions with several partners, the Powfi codebase has been upgraded to support direct integrations with our $ALPH Staking Layer through a referral-based framework.

How it works:

Traditional B2C Workflow
▪️ A user holds ALPH
▪️ Connects their wallet to Powfi
▪️ Stakes their ALPH
▪️ User starts earning rewards

New B2B2C Partner Workflow
▪️ An integration partner offers ALPH staking to its users
▪️ The yield offered is the same as staking natively on Powfi
▪️ Staking is attributed to the partner via an on-chain referral tag
▪️ ALPH is staked via the Powfi Staking Layer
▪️ The partner earns a commission
One example from our recent discussions is a mining pool offering ALPH Staking to its users.

Other potential integration partners include: wallets, centralized exchanges, and of course dApps.

This is how the Powfi staking layer scales and maximizes locked circulating supply, strengthening $ALPH and the broader ecosystem.

We'll share more updates as these conversations progress and integrations begin to materialize.

This week, the Core Development teams took a look at modernizing core SDK infrastructure, expanding integration testing for the DEX contracts, and introducing new data-tracking capabilities to the https://t.co/KR3I5GbDCW hub.

Here is their progress report for the past week:

💥 Modernized the Web3 SDKs and drafted a comprehensive migration guide for the transition from v2 to v3
💥 Polished the user interface for the liquidity provisioning flow to ensure a smoother user experience
💥 Fixed scrolling issues within bottom modals on the mobile wallet and resolved tracked Sentry errors
💥 Executed standard repository maintenance, including dependency audits, code linting, and general cleanup

<Core_Backend>

🧑🏻‍💻 Advanced infrastructure migration efforts aimed at optimizing performance and reducing operational costs
🧑🏻‍💻 Expanded integration testing coverage for the core DEX contracts to ensure mainnet readiness
🧑🏻‍💻 Added a timestamp field to contract events within the full node API for improved data tracking
🧑🏻‍💻 Conducted routine code reviews across backend systems

<Alphland>

👀 Developed a new user feature called the "Eco KPI Dashboard" to provide deeper network insights
📊 The dashboard will display core ecosystem metrics, including real-time active addresses (data will appear after 7 days)
📅 Users will be able to filter and view wallet transaction data across specific timeframes (7-day and 30-day intervals)
⛏️ ASICs have now been added to the existing “mining” category with the “ASIC” tag

The gap between testnet and mainnet is closing fast.

We appreciate the community's ongoing efforts to stress-test the protocol and provide actionable feedback. The work continues, with announcements expected in the next few weeks.

The momentum toward Powfi's mainnet launch accelerates by the day.

This week, the development focus remained strictly on unifying the liquidity interface, refining staking analytics, and continuing to deliver improvements to our broader ecosystem hub (Alphland).

Here is the progress report for this week 📋

<Powfi LP + Staking>

💥 Unified the UI flows for CPMM and CLMM pool creation, liquidity additions, and position management
💥 Integrated CLMM position Profit and Loss (PnL) tracking directly into the user portfolio
💥 Connected backend data to accurately display live staking APR on the frontend
💥 Resolved a UI bug causing the "Cancel Unstake" button to become unresponsive
💥 Triaged community-reported Discord feedback, migrating critical items to GitHub for immediate developer resolution
💥 Improved fork event handling logic across the backend infrastructure to ensure data consistency
💥 Created a highlight for pools where the user has provided liquidity and cleaned up the liquidity providing flow layout

<Mobile Wallet>

🤳 Investigated and fixed a library integration issue
🤳 Patched Web3 SDK to allow usage in a mobile environment
🤳 Cleaned and optimized staking integration

⛏️ Prepared the directory infrastructure to list ASIC manufacturers in the upcoming update

*Yes, you read that correctly. Moonshot Boxes is a soon-to-be announced dApp joining the Alephium ecosystem, designed to democratize access to seed funding rounds that were previously highly exclusive.

Each week we are making giant leaps towards bringing Powfi to Mainnet. In the meantime, continue to test the DEX and staking features (including the new liquidity adding + pools creation). If you find something the devs need to know about, please continue to report issues via Discord.

As for rewards, the devs are filtering which reports were “useful” and merit some $ALPH as thanks. Once this process has been completed, you’ll be the first to know.

We are getting closer. Our devs are cracking the last pieces of code before Powfi can launch on Mainnet.

Your contributions have been invaluable during this process, so the whole Alephium Core Team would like to thank you for taking the time to stress-test Powfi and search for pesky bugs.

Now, onto this week’s report:

<Powfi>

💥 Improving UX in pool and positions creation
💥 Implemented working Staking screen in mobile wallet
💥 Moved NFTs to the mobile dashboard screen, to give space for the new staking screen
💥 Started designing simple wallet integration in Powfi

<Backend>

🔧 Release extension wallet v0.9.32 to check latest transaction using latest-transaction endpoint from explorer backend.
🔧 Fix export csv feature that causes stability issue for the explorer backend
🔧 Improvements to infrastructure to increase stability and reduce cost

As you can see, week-by-week the number of tasks Powfi needs for completion is reducing.

However, until the much-awaited announcement arrives, please continue battle-testing the platform. It’s never too late to spot something that others may have missed (and potentially get rewarded for it).
