I’ve been here as a coach in the past. I know a lot of young players that have been as well.

Hitting tip: Not all fly balls are good fly balls and launch angle is created more by where you make contact with the ball then having a pronounced upward swing

One thing our pitchers try to work on is balance. Where your head is, your weight is. Here we are doing a drill called "Touch the ice" which makes sure we aren't falling to the plate and creating unnecessary drag on the arm. #pitching <>
