@FLDEO Has anyone filed a request to change the effective date after re-applying the 2nd time? Re-applied Apr 26, got approved for PUA on Monday, claimed last two weeks only to receive $250 ($125/week). My original effective date was March 29, looks like the whole month has been erased.
