@Eurostar why has 9063 been diverted to Lille to pick up extra passengers - but Lille wasn't even ready? Haven't moved in over 30 minutes and not even picked the passengers up yet.

@Eurostar ... we've finally made it to Lille (!) But there's no one to check the passports of these extra passengers so at least another delay of 45 minutes!
